The RotaCare Pacific Free Medical Clinic is a volunteer-operated clinic that is dedicated to serving adult patients who do not have insurance in our local communities in Santa Clara County. Our mission is to provide transitional care to those who are uninsured and have limited access to healthcare. Under this model, we aim to provide referrals and connections to resources that can better serve patients’ long-term needs.

Please note:

• We are only open on Saturdays and do not serve as a long-term primary care provider.

• This is a walk-in clinic and patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is required.

• Clinic doors open at 8:00 AM, but we recommend arriving earlier as we reach capacity quickly. 

• Due to limited capacity, we may not be able to see every patient, and a visit is not guaranteed, even to those who arrive early. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to serve as many individuals as possible within our available resources.
