RotaCare San Jose

Due to COVID-19, the RotaCare San Jose Clinic is currently taking care of non-urgent concerns.  Returning patients can call our clinic message line at 408-715-3088 on Wednesday morning.  Please leave a detailed message, including your full name, phone number, and reason for telephone visit.  All telephone phone visits from a provider are coming from a private/blocked number.  If you are expecting a call, please make sure to answer private/blocked calls at this time.

Thank you and please remember to stay safe.

Wednesdays,  5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Our clinic does not take any appointments over the phone. Patients need to come to the School Health Clinic on Wednesday morning and stand in line, in order to get a ticket for that evening's clinic. The tickets are handed out by a RotaCare volunteer, usually at about 7:00 a.m. The number of available tickets will vary, depending on how many volunteers are working on that given day, but it usually ranges from about 24 to 32 tickets. Patients who receive a ticket will then need to return to the clinic at 5:00 p.m. to be seen by the Medical Provider.

If you were unable to line up early to get a ticket, you may still stop by the clinic during the day on any Wednesday to see if tickets are still available for that evening’s clinic. We post a sign on the fence outside the School Health clinic indicating whether or not tickets are available. If they are, you may go inside and ask for one.
