General (Non-Provider) Volunteer Application

 

***Submit ONLY ONE application to the clinic that is closest to your location or the clinic that is most convenient for you.***

If you'd like to volunteer at more than one clinic location, you may indicate that in the notes field of the application. Please note that your application may be denied if you submit more than one application.

***Please note that we require a minimum commitment of at least one-year of volunteering one shift per week***

Upon completion of the appropriate volunteer application, a clinic volunteer coordinator will reach out to you as space becomes available. Click here to review all of the forms and documents necessary to be a volunteer at any of the RotaCare Free Medical Clinics.
